| A day before the day of the scheduled class | 50% charge + 40 JPY as Paypal service fee |
| 2～3 days prior to the day of the scheduled class | 25% charge + 40 JPY as Paypal service fee |
If reservation is cancelled 4 days prior to the booked date, you will not incur the cancellation fee. However, 40 yen (approximately 30 cents (in USD) & depends on the exchange rate as on the date of charge) will be charged as Paypal service fee.
For example, for two adults participate, the total fee would amount to 27,200 JPY plus tax. If you cancel the class 4 days prior to the booked date, your eligible refund will amount to 27,160 JPY plus tax.
